BIANCHI WINERY ESTABLISHED IN 1974

It was Glenn Bianchi’s lifelong ambition to produce ultra-premium wines with finesse and complexity. After searching throughout California for the finest terroir to satisfy his requirements, he chose 40 acres in Paso Robles. In 2000, Glenn planted varietals suitable for the Paso Robles terroir, built a state-of-the-art winery and a welcoming Tasting Room overlooking a serene Koi lake. Bianchi winemaker Tom Lane utilizes the finest fruit from Estate and select Central Coast vineyards to yield critically acclaimed wines, establishing Bianchi Winery as one of the premier wineries in Paso Robles.

The Bianchi family of wines ranges from the familiar favorites Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Petite Sirah, Syrah and Zinfandel – to more unfamiliar gems such as Italian Refosco and Barbera.
