2010 Pinot Noir

Our vintage 2010 bottling is quite a departure from the 2007 and 2008 delicate Pinots. V2010 saw a very ripe harvest, way sweet and colorful grapes yielding powerfully extracted wines. Beyond the requisite Pinot berry flavors, be prepared for a Pinot with deep color, substantial tactile tannins bordering on black pepper, and French oak vanilla and brown spice flavors.

Food Pairings

I would do this wine with a pepper steak or one that's Cajun-blackened. Why not? Go for sensory overload.
