2010 Cabernet Sauvignon - Paso Robles

We enjoyed an extended, late October harvest on the Bianchi Estate Lakeside Ranch in 2010, with a bumper crop of 3.8 tons to the acre of very ripe, colorful and flavorful fruit. This great expression of clone 8 shows notes of dark cassis and a velvety cocoa powder finish.
