We have teamed up with the Truffle Garden in San Luis Obispo to bring you a one-of-a-kind festival event. Come experience truffle making first hand as you craft your own chocolate masterpieces. This event also includes the opportunity to make other chocolate dipped specialties including fresh and dried fruits, cookies and biscottis.
It wouldn't be a true Zinfandel Festival event without Zinfandel!
Truffle making participants will indulge in our Heritage Selection Reserve and Estate Zinfandels expertly paired with the chocolate showcased at the event. We will also be offering several different appetizer platters, including specialty cheeses paired with your favorite Bianchi wine selections.
