ABOUT US | VINEYARD DOGCole, a eight-year-old boxer mix, is a Bianchi Winery regular, working every weekday to keep watch on the women in the tasting room and lift the spirits of all employees and guests. Cole is equally at home strolling beside the clear lake, sniffing the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in the vineyard, and curling up in front of the welcoming stone fireplace inside. A steadfast companion to Liz Robasciotti, the winery’s office manager and compliance officer, Cole loves her above all others. As Liz says, “The way to Cole’s heart is through his stomach!”
